Ordering and Payment

.What is your change/cancellation policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us via eyewearshopservice@gmail.com for return validation within 14 days after delivery, we will provide a return shipping address after validation. Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (cases and cloths etc.).

When you do return any glasses we recommend that you obtain proof of postage or use a recorded delivery service via a courier company, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post. We do not accept liability for any product(s) that are damaged in transit during the return process so please ensure that the packaging and delivery method are secure.

Refunds are made to the original method of payment used for your original order as soon as we received the parcel.

All brand-new glasses can be returned for refund. But there is refund amount difference between prescription glasses and non-prescription glasses. You'll get full refund of non-prescription glasses. Due to the specialized nature of prescription lenses and blue light blocking lenses, customized lenses are non-refundable. We’re not responsible for prescriptions that are incorrect due to the customer providing inaccurate prescriptions or pupillary distance (PD) measurements, or any other inaccurate information.

We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. Please note that all of our prices are listed in USD and your card will be charged in your respective currency.

.About Product

Regarding the function of the products, we now have 2 main types available: optical eyeglasses and sunglasses. Only optical glasses can be prescribed to single-vision or progressive.

There is one special sunglasses lenses that is truly unique and popular-Polarized polycarbonate lenses. They are:

Thin and light plastic lenses

Anti-scratch, anti-glare, and superhydrophobic coatings included

Provide 100% UV protection

Besides various male and female eyewear frames,we have also introduced another special product line for kids: kids sunglasses. All are made of highly flexible and unbreakable silicon dioxide.Their 100% UV protective function also render them perfect outdoor accessories.

.What is the difference between single-vision and progressive lenses?

Single-vision lenses offer one correction throughout the entire lens (usually for distance or reading). Progressive lenses offer multiple focal corrections in one lens, providing a seamless transition from distance correction on top to reading correction on bottom. This means you can see your whole field of vision without switching between multiple pairs of glasses. (Neat.) .How long does it take to receive my product?

Please allow 3–5business days for processing. Processing and shipping time estimates do not account for holidays or non-business days.

Please verify your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for any invalid or undeliverable address.

Usually it takes about 5-10 days to deliver, depending on the different country, area and shipping carrier, please be aware that we have no control in shipping process.

We happily fulfill international orders! Our production time will be the same and shipping costs vary depending on where the order is going. Depending on your home country a customs tax may be applied in addition to your shipping cost.
